I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Mr. Zan Molko of Keller Williams Referred Realty regarding our relocation from the States to Toronto. It has been a great experience and made the challenge of moving to a foreign country as easy as moving across the street.

On the first day he showed us four homes, all of which were very nice, two we liked very much and one of them we are living in now and it is perfect for our needs. What impressed me most about Zan is his knowledge of the value and quality of the homes we looked at in comparison to their neighborhoods. Additionally, Zan has also been in the construction business, which is invaluable when, discussing possible construction changes and their resulting costs. More importantly, Zan can help you quickly understand and compare the value and quality of the various homes you are considering.

In relocating, it is always challenging to find reliable, qualified people for your various needs. Zan understands this and has a network of wonderful people that are most responsive and live up to their well-earned reputation. I have a fabulous banker, great insurance man, reliable locksmith, well-designed closets, beautiful window treatments and a wonderful jeweler all as a result of referrals from Zan. During our transition Zan took it upon himself to call many of these people on our behalf, met them at the house and handled the follow up - making our job of writing out the check very easy! It has made adjusting to a new city and country so easy. I would have been lost without Zan’s referrals.

Prior to my move to Toronto, I was in a business where we serviced high net worth individuals. Our service standards were very high, “Signature Service” is what we called it. As a result of this background, my service standards are high for those that provide services to me. Zan has exceeded all of my expectations.
